AnnaLiz Cafe in Church Road is a gem of a traditional British cafe and it’s about to celebrate its first birthday.
Tucked away in the old county court building it not only offers quality British fare at prices to make your pocket smile, but also has waitress service and if that wasn’t enough it’s got vintage and antique goods galore to look at.
“I love this cafe,” said assistant Anna Rafiqi, “nothing’s pre-packaged, all our cakes are made locally, we offer high teas and we’re also very knowledgeable about the antiques.”
AnnaLiz Cafe is almost opposite the bus depot on the way to car park 7, and is well worth a visit.
