A fire has torn through a supermarket in Redditch and took four crews to put out

A FIRE has torn through a supermarket in Redditch and four firefighter crews were called to put out the blaze.

The three fire engines from Redditch and one from Bromsgrove arrived at Al-Waris Supermarket, Smallwood Street at about 10.30pm to extinguish the flames.

The fire service has launched an investigation to determine the cause of the incident.
