More than 16,000 people homeless in the West Midlands.

A NEW report from housing charity Shelter has found there are 16,100 people homeless in the West Midlands.

However Redditch lies outside a ‘top 20’ league table of homelessness by local authorities, which is headed by Birmingham, Coventry and Solihull in the top three, and features nearby Worcester (6th), Wyre Forest (7th), Stratford (10th), Wychavon (13th) and Bromsgrove (20th).
