A FORMER consultant with Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust has been issued with a requisition to appear at court to answer a charge of fraud.
Sudip Sarker, 47, of Botany Road, Broadstairs, Kent will appear at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on January 17, 2017.
The charge relates to alleged representations Sarker made to Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust in 2011.
