MORDIFORD Close in Winyates will be the latest to benefit under the borough council’s Estate Enhancement Scheme.
Work will start from next Tuesday, January 3, 2017 and is likely to last six to eight weeks.
Improvements will include resurfacing of parking areas and more landscaping.
There will also be improvements to the bin stores meaning that residents living in flats will be able to have an alternate weekly waste and recycling collection as opposed to the current once weekly collection.
Patching works in Kinnersley Close will take place at the same time.
