THE public are being invited to attend drop-in sessions across Worcestershire to have their say about plans for the county’s three main hospitals.
Groups, residents and people from surrounding areas are being asked to give their views about proposed changes to births, services for children, emergency surgery and emergency and urgent care services in Worcestershire.
Drop-in sessions have been arranged for anyone to come along to so that they can find out more about the plans and have their say. The following drop-in sessions have been confirmed with more still to be announced over the coming weeks:
Today, Tuesday, January 17, Alexandra Hospital (main corridor) 10am-4pm.
Tuesday, January 24, BHI Parkside, Health Promotion Room, Bromsgrove 4pm-7pm
Saturday, January 28, Arrow Valley County Park Visitor Centre, 10am-1pm
Wednesday, February 1, Princess of Wales Community Hospital, Bromsgrove, 4pm-7pm
Wednesday, February 8, Oakenshaw Community Centre, 4pm to 7pm
Thursday, February 23, Studley Village Hall, 4pm – 7pm
In the first full week of consultation more than 300 people completed the online questionnaire and had their say on the future of acute hospital services in Worcestershire. The online survey is available at www.worcsfuturehospitals.co.uk and is open until 30th March 2017.
