A REDDITCH man has been arrested on drugs charges following a raid on Jubilee Avenue this week.
Police carried out the drugs raid at around 8.40pm on Tuesday (January 24) and found cannabis plants and items believed to be controlled drugs on the premises.
A 35 year old man from the Redditch area has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs and production of cannabis and he currently remains in custody at Kidderminster Police Station.
PC Field from Redditch Safer Neighbourhood Team said “This warrant forms part of an ongoing commitment to robustly deal with offenders who grow, deal or are involved in the misuse of controlled drugs.
“The local police act upon information given to us by the community and I would urge anyone who suspects drug use or drug dealing to contact us.”
