THE Redi Centre has announced it will now be open at least six days a week along with many new classes and opportunities being offered by the Redditch community centre.
Two First Aid courses for young adults aged 12 and over will be held on the March 15 and 22, following a previous successful event which led to 13 teenagers receiving a basic First Aid Qualification.
The ‘Good Times Club’ for young people with learning difficulties and or a disability is now running every week. The Club was previously open every other Wednesday but from this week will be open every Wednesday between 6pm and 7.30pm at the request of the youngster attending the club.
Monday and Friday evenings will also see the continuation of the Senior Youth Club for young people aged between 12-19 years old while Thursday nights will host a Junior Youth Club for children aged 8 to 11.
The Redi Centre’s Computer Mentoring sessions on Mondays and Thursdays have received an award for ‘Digital Inclusion’ good practise.
