AN elderly woman has been taken to the Alexandra Hospital following a crash on the Alcester Highway this afternoon (Wednesday, March 15)
At around 2.10pm emergency services were called to the crash and an elderly lady was released from the car by the fire services who used hydraulic equipment to get her to safety.
Crews from West Midlands Ambulance took the lady, who has suffered head injuries, to the Alex for treatment.
Police also attended and made the area safe.
