REDDITCH families looking for ways to keep the children entertained this Easter may like to visit Kingfisher Shopping Centre, as it hosts a fun-filled fortnight of free activities.
Kicking off the Easter schedule, youngsters are invited to enjoy Kingfisher’s giant bouncy castle set up in Milward Square and open every day from now until Sunday (April 23)
On Thursday (April 13) and Friday (April 21) children’s entertainers Roy the Magician and Bell the Brush will be keeping the kids happy with balloon tricks, magic and free face painting from 11am to 3pm in Worcester Square.
Charlie the Monkey returns for Charlie’s Story Time with Redditch Library on Thursday (April 14) where he will be taking part in an Easter themed reading session from 11am until 12pm.
Charlie the Monkey will also be making special guest appearances throughout the holidays dishing out Easter treats to young visitors.
To celebrate the opening of the brand new 360 Play family entertainment centre, the centre is giving away a 12 month free play pass for one adult and a child. Families can enter for the chance to win via the Kingfisher website.
From next Monday (April 17) to Friday (April 21), the centre will be offering shoppers three hours parking for the price of two – for just £1.50.
Fiona Faizey, Deputy General Manager at Kingfisher Shopping Centre, said: “We’re looking forward to a jam-packed Easter here with lots of fun and games in the centre to keep the kids entertained over the holidays.”
