A 19 year-old man was taken to the Alexandra hospital after a car crash in Redditch last night.
At around midnight last night (Thursday, April 27) emergency services were called to two car crash at the junction between Coldfield Drive and Headless Cross Drive.
The driver of one of the cars- believed to be a McDonald’s worker – was trapped when ambulance and fire crews arrived at the scene and the 19 year-old had to be cut from the car by firefighters.
He was then given pain relief for severe leg pain and taken to the Alexandra Hospital for treatment. The two other people involved in the crash were discharged at the scene.
