Redditch nursery filled with memories

STAFF at Noah’s Ark Nursery in Matchborough are celebrating 20 years of it being at the heart of its community.

And to commemorate the anniversary they have created a memory box to bury on site.

Joint manager Gill O’Gorman said: “Over the years we have impacted so many children’s lives and I am sure many, many more to come.

“Each one has played a special part in our Noah’s Ark Nursery story. We have thoughtfully put together a memory box, telling future generations all about nursery life. Making memories is what it’s all about.”

As part of the celebrations the nursery is holding an Afternoon Tea at Christchurch, Matchborough, next to the nursery itself which people are welcome to visit.

This will run from 4pm to 7pm on May 18 and will provide the opportunity to meet old friends, see familiar faces and share memories.

Fellow manager Liz Kuriger said: “We are very excited about our celebration on May 18, when we will be able to meet families and children who have had a long association with Noah’s Ark Nursery and have made it an extended family community.”
