THIEVES stole more than £7,000 in air pistols and air rifles after they broke into a sports club on the Stratford Road in Wootton Wawen near Redditch over the night of Wednesday and Thursday, May 17-18.
The same evening thieves attempted to burgle Wootton Wawen social club, smashing a window and forcing out the frame, however they failed to gain entry.
