DAREDEVILS from Redditch are wanted to try out the fastest zip-wire in Europe.
A team of thrill-seekers will be setting off on a coach from the Oast House on August 20 and there are still nine spaces available for those wishing to push themselves to the limit.
The coach will be taking participants to Zip World Velocity at Zip World Penrhyn Quarry, Bethesda – the fastest zip line in the world and the longest in Europe.
Michelle Southall, of the Lucy Southall Leukaemia Fund, said: “I just can’t wait to do it. It’s going to be fantastic – we just need nine more people to join us so we can raise as much money as possible.”
Participants must pay £75 to cover transport and the activity itself and then raise at least £100 in sponsorship for Cure Leukaemia Birmingham.
