LEADING Redditch firm Workforce Recruitment has taken on two local apprentices to help boost the firm’s marketing and digital media offering.
Jacob Beard, aged 18 and Codie Walker,19, are currently studying Extended Diplomas, and are already playing an active role in helping to shape Church Green West firm’s social and digital media, marketing materials and supporting the company’s branch network.
Chief executive Paul Alekna said: “Jacob and Codie both have a great pathway to take them onto full-time roles in our marketing team once their courses have finished.
“Every company needs an injection of new ideas and both Jacob and Codie bring those.
“Understanding how to best use social and digital media is a big part of what apprentices will be doing in the future. It’s so vital, especially in the recruitment industry, to be ahead of any trends and be communicating with our customers on their terms and on the platforms they’re using.”
