A FAST fast-growing clothing and sportswear company from Redditch has expanded yet again.
Gymshark, launched by teenagers Ben Francis and Lewis Morgan in 2012, moved into new headquarters last year at Unit 1, Brooklands, on the Moons Moat Industrial Estate.
With the design, e-commerce, administration and customer service elements of the business, the space was one of the biggest lettings in Redditch for five years and just a year on, they have added Unit 5 on a five year lease, to house the company’s creative team.
The company was supported in their premises expansion by estate agency John Truslove and director Ben Truslove said: “It continues to be a remarkable retail success story of which Redditch can be proud.
“We have built a healthy professional relationship with the team at Gymshark, since letting them their HQ.”
The fitness apparel and accessories brand was launched by former Aston University students Ben and Lewis in 2012 and the duo have since been able to turn their home screen printing business into a recognisable fitness brand.
Gymshark now has more than 100 members of staff and customers all around the world competing with sportswear giants Adidas and Nike.
Ben said: “Gymshark has gone from a screen printing operation in a garage, into one of the fastest growing and most recognisable brands in fitness.
