GYMOPHOBICS Redditch is celebrating its 10th birthday with an open evening on Monday, October 16.
A ladies-only gym, the franchise was bought by Community Leisure Services Partnership (CLSP) in October 2016. CLSP appointed 3d Leisure to oversee the operation and since then it has gone from strength to strength.
Gymophobics has now been operating successfully in Redditch for 10 years and to celebrate is holding two months of discounts throughout September and October.
The Gymophobics franchise was developed especially for women who don’t enjoy the experience of a traditional gym. Gymophobics s one of the most popular and successful inch and weight loss systems in the country.
After an assessment, all members are given their own personal 30-minute plan to use in the gym.
