Redditch residents asked for their views on life in Worcestershire

Correspondent 25th Sep, 2017   0

THE people of Redditch are being asked what they think about living in Worcestershire.

Worcestershire Community Foundation are asking people across the county what they think about the place they live.

They will be publishing the results as part of a national Vital Signs survey.

Everyone can have their say by going to the on-line survey via this link https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/NHG3GN8

The simple ten question survey is part of a major piece of research involving an analysis of data on people’s lives and a special piece of research carried out by University of Worcester.

This will all come together to give a unique picture of life in Worcestershire in 2017.

This Worcestershire information will link with similar work in other areas to give a view of the whole UK.

Roger Britton, trustee of Worcestershire Community Foundation said: “Although there is a lot of information out there we need to bring to together to help decide where to focus charitable efforts.

“We want to make decisions based on up to date facts not just assumptions.

“So we have pulled together the numbers from reputable sources to give us a starting point.

“We have worked with University of Worcester who have led an important piece of research on fairness.

“We now want to hear from people what they think based on personal experiences. This on-line survey is part of that work.”

“When all the information comes together the final Vital Signs report will be published in late November 2017 and we will share the findings and use them to focus our charitable work.”
