ELIN Brooks at the Washing Well laundrette in Mount Pleasant is raising a cuppa cheer today, Friday, at her coffee morning for Macmillan Cancer Support.
It’s the first time Elin has run such an event for Macmillan and she organised all her friends and family to get baking to make sure the day was a roaring success.
“There’s teas, coffee, lots of cakes, a cake bingo and raffle,” said Elin, who’s run the laundrette for 21 years.
The Washing Well is on Evesham Road close to Pool Bank.
