Redditch Editorial 18th Nov, 2017   0

IN A case of suspected poaching or hare coursing, a gamekeeper patrolling the Ragley Estate near Alcester came across two men with lurchers last Sunday, November 12, on land off the old Evesham Road at Weethley at around 12.45pm.

Police believe there were four men in total but the two seen quickly left in a white VW Caddy with the last three letters of the numberplate reading GVR.

In a second incident, this time at Arrow Lane, Arrow, again on Ragley land, two padlocks were cut off gates and damage caused to crops by vehicles driving through them.

The incidents occurred three nights in a row from November 11-13.
