AN appeal has been launched for ‘snug packs’ to help keep refugees fleeing war-torn Syria warm.
Each snug pack, consisting of socks (three pairs), a neckwarmer or scarf, underwear (three pairs) and gloves (one pair), costs just £5.
A spokesperson said: “Despite very little coverage in the news the refugee crisis/situation still exists.”
The appeal is being co-ordinated by Malvern-based charity People in Motion and all donations, whether in cash or kind, would be most welcome.
