THIEVES made off with money and a watch after they accosted a pedestrian as they walked along Evesham Road between 11pm and 11.45pm on Tuesday, February 6.
Two men approached the victim, one asked for a light and when this was refused he pulled out a knife and threatened them, demanding the cash and watch.
Meanwhile in Oakenshaw a brazen thief knocked on the door of a home in Mickleton Close and told the householder the sewage pipes were faulty and he would need access to the back garden.
He then said he would need money to buy new pipes and after he left the victim discovered cash missing.
The incident happened on Saturday, February 3 at 11.15am and the offender is described as white, about 5ft 10in and was wearing a high visibility jacket, a hard hat and had a white mask over his mouth and nose.
