RESIDENTS in Redditch will have a small delay in receiving their resident waste permits, writes Daniel Cooke.
Normally Worcestershire County Council issues the resident permits alongside council tax bills but due to a delay in printing this year they will be posted out to all residents separately, shortly afterwards.
Current permits run from 2015 till 2018 and expire at the end of March.
Redditch Borough Council’s head of customer access and financial support Amanda Singleton, said: “It is hoped the delay will only be a matter of days and we would like to reassure residents not to panic.”
People should only contact the council’s customer services if they have not received their permits by the end of March.
