TRAVELLERS have moved on to the sports pitches at RSA Arrow Vale in Matchborough.
Caravans and vehicles have drawn up on the rugby pitch with the Travellers even using the posts as an impromptu washing line.
There have also been reports of vehicles cutting up the pitches which had been due to go out for hire to local teams for the first time this year.
Both the Borough Council and the County Council have said because the school is an Academy the land is deemed to be private and therefore outside their remit.
A spokesperson for London-based RSA Academies said they were discussing the situation.
