IT’S thumbs up for Birchensale Middle School after they were rated ‘Good’ in their recent Ofsted inspection.
In the report Ofsted praised both staff and pupils, saying ‘staff have a passion for the well-being of their students and ensure that they are happy and safe’.
The teachers were praised for their ‘strong relationships’ with the children and for creating an environment where they can thrive.
Headteacher Tim Jones said: “The staff and governors are delighted with such a positive report which reflects our belief that every child really does matter.
“Our inclusive ethos ensures that every child succeeds, regardless of its starting points in a happy and safe environment.”
