NEW outdoor gym equipment has arrived at the Crooks Lane Recreational Ground in Studley.
The Parish Council has recently installed the kit which includes a sit up board, a combined fitness bike/stepper, an air strider, and a waist and chest exercise system.
Each piece of equipment can be used by two it at the same time.
A two person Tai Chi spinner and a leg and arm strengthener have also been installed, allowing residents with disabilities to join in.
Full instructions are displayed on each piece of kit.
The equipment offers residents an ideal opportunity to stay healthy by working out at no cost.
