CALLS ‘to do something for the youth of the village’ are to be answered by the Studley Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group.
A questionnaire is being put together by Parish Councillor Neil Edden to find out what exactly young people would want.
“We are looking at five or six questions maximum to go to the schools and we’ll be using social media to engage with people from outside the schools’ catchment area,” he told Tuesday’s parish council meeting.
The initiative comes after it was found that those wanting something for the youngsters were all aged in the 50 to 70 age bracket, prompting the Steering Group to ask young people what they want directly.
