YEAR three at Abbeywood First School RSA Academy have been working towards their global goals and learning about the impact they have on the environment and what they can do to improve their local area.
With help from The Woodland Trust, they have also been planting more than 100 Hazel, Rowan, Dog Rose and Elder saplings in their school field to not only help the local environment but also to bring colour to the area.
Pupils will also be taking part in a ‘Great Litter Pick’ in Church Hill next week.
