A MEMBER of Alcester Slimming World has undergone a major transformation despite continuing to eat her favourite meals.
Gas House Lane resident Claire Moulson, aged 35, managed to lose 5st 8lbs after joining the group last year.
She still eats curries, roast dinners and chips – just the Slimming World version.
“I never thought I’d be able to lose all this weight while still enjoying my food every day,” said Claire.
“But with a few simple swaps and a little bit of forward planning, it’s very possible.
“Even when family celebrations like Easter come around it’s no big deal because the meals are perfect for the whole family.”
Alcester Slimming World group meet every Thursday at 9.30am, 5pm and 7pm at The Jubilee Centre.
