A LORRY has ploughed into the Redditch Ringway bridge over Prospect Hill this morning, taking its roof with it.
The incident happened near Grosvenor House sometime around 9am.
A sign on the bridge states the maximum height for a vehicle passing through is 2.4m, close to eight foot.
Police and the driver of the lorry were at the scene but refused to comment.
