RESIDENTS will benefit from improved parking, facilities and layout as the Borough Council’s improvements scheme continues in Feckenham.
Coupass Cottages off the village’s high street is the latest location earmarked for development under the council’s public realm improvements scheme.
Residents from the close were consulted on the proposals, with work set to begin on October 14.
Alongside general landscaping and resurfacing improvements, eight extra parking spaces are being created as a result of a carriageway extension onto unused land.
There will also be an improved footpaths.
Residents may see a fair amount of disruption for up to four weeks during the development.
Coupass Cottages is the 15th location to benefit from the borough council’s programme to develop new parking spaces and other enhancements.
