A NEW exercise class for residents who have breathing difficulties has been launched by Redditch Borough Council.
‘Living Lung Two’, held at Oakenshaw Community Centre, will help people living with mild symptoms of COPD or other respiratory diseases.
Exercises are suitable for residents who are troubled by breathlessness, walking up a hill or more strenuous activities.
There’s no need to book in advance, residents can register for the class on arrival.
The new session will take place every Tuesday, starting today, at 11am and costs £3.30.
