A TEENAGER has been charged with assaulting two police officers in Redditch over the weekend.
Yasmin Carter, 19, of no fixed address, will appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on February 25 after the male and female officers were assaulted on Cedar Road, Batchley, in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The pair had stopped their vehicle to provide assistance to two women having an argument.
The female officer was punched and male officer was bitten, fortunately neither required medical treatment.
