THE Abbey Stadium was the place to be on Leap Year Day, February 29, when it hosted the first -ever Redditch Fit Fest.
Showcasing more than 20 different fitness workouts, from high intensity body combat to gentle pilates via indoor cycling and ‘Boogie Bounce’ more than 70 residents dropped in to find out more.
Top instructor at the Abbey Sam Bayles said: “Getting that little bit fitter is not only good for your body but it also makes you feel better as well and is great for your mental health.”
