POET Laureate Simon Armitage is coming to Redditch Library via the magic of the big screen.
He’s putting together his very own A-Z of poetry as he reads from libraries across the UK, starting at the British Library and this first reading will be screened at at a number of county libraries, including the one in Redditch town centre.
It’s this Friday, March 20 from 7.30pm to 9pm.
Thee screening is part of The Living Knowledge Network, a UK-wide partnership of national and public libraries which Worcestershire libraries will be officially joining next month.
