POLICE are appealing for witnesses after an altercation between two men in Redditch on Thursday, July 16.
It happened at around 1pm on Birchfield Road when two vehicles were nearly involved in a collision.
Householders nearby said they could hear the screech of brakes.
One man is reported to have driven at the other driver when he tried to take photos of the numberplate.
Luckily no one was injured and no vehicles were damaged, however police are asking for anyone who saw the incident or has dash cam footage of it to come forward.
