Man in critical condition after being hit by a car in Redditch

A MAN is fighting for his life after being hit by a car on Sillins Avenue in Redditch on October 2.

The 72-year-old was struck by a silver Citroen C2 which was travelling towards Beoley Road East at around 9.13pm.

Two teenagers, both 18, have been arrested in connection with this collision.

A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: “The pedestrian was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham and is in a critical condition.




“If you saw this incident, or have dash cam footage that might help our investigation, please contact Sergeant Bate on 101 and quote reference 0625l.”
