REDDITCH MP Rachel Maclean is urging residents to support the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal ahead of Remembrance Sunday.
In the face of the pandemic, The Royal British Legion (RBL) is relying on donations now more than ever.
Mrs Maclean, who helped sell poppies inside the Kingfisher Shopping Centre last Friday, said: “Like every year, I know Redditch will get behind the Poppy Appeal.
“The RBL is at the heart of a national network that supports our Armed Forces community – and perhaps more than any other year, they need our support.
“Every poppy really does count, with every donation really helping to raise vital funds for the RBL.”
