Highfield House, which is owned and currently occupied by AT&T Istel, is a landmark building located at Headless Cross and stretches down Coldfield Drive.
Access to the 3-storey building is off Headless Cross Drive and there is a car park with 149 spaces, also owned by AT&T.
The development dates from the late 1970s and was previously open land and part of an orchard.
