THE mood in the controlling Conservative group is reportedly upbeat now all the turnouts have come in.
Topping the wards with a 38 per cent turnout was West, where Council Leader Councillor Matt Dormer was defending his seat.
“I am not counting any chickens, but I’ve been humbled by the way people have come and supported our vision for the town.” he said.
