REDDITCH lad Harry Gambino has called in a squad of current and ex-professional footballers to help raise money for the Dads Reunited and Kids 1st.

The two causes help guide and support as many parents as possible through the family court system.

“The aim is to help as many people as possible so they haven’t got to face enormous fees for barristers,” said Harry.

“I have spent £37,000 in fees and it’s still not over and I know of someone else who has spent £77,000.

“I started Dads Reunited with a few other friends who were all going through the same struggles and it’s spiralled into this.

“I’m just grateful for all the help and support I received so it’s only right to help as many people as I can too.”

Tickets are £5 and the match will by at Worcester Sixways, home of Worcester Warriors, on July 4, kick-off 3pm.

“It will be quite a cool day – I’ve roped in a lot of favours, begged and pleaded some of the lads to play, and we are all really excited to get our boots on,” added Harry.

“Already it’s a great success so anything more from here is a bonus.”
