POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian died in a crash in Hanbury, near Redditch.
The collision happened around 8.15am on Tuesday, August 31, on School Road.
The pedestrian, a woman in her 80s, was struck by a car. Sadly, she was later pronounced dead.
Her next of kin has been informed.
Enquiries are on-going and officers are appealing for witnesses.
PC Ian Sweeney said: “Our thoughts are with the family of the woman who died in this tragic incident.
“We would like to speak to any witnesses who we have not yet spoken to or anyone who has dash-cam footage and was driving along School Lane on Tuesday morning.”
