Step back to Beatlemania with The Upbeat Beatles at the Palace

Redditch Editorial 9th Sep, 2021   0

WE may never see the Fab Four again, but we can see the next best thing when The Upbeat Beatles play the Palace Theatre this coming Thursday, September 16.

Combining powerhouse vocals, precision harmonies and tight musicianship all the hits are on their playlist from those early Twist and Shout days of 1963 to their last Number 1, The Long and Winding Road, in July 1970.

Crikey, was it really that long ago?

In between there bucketloads of hits and great songs that may not have hit the top of the charts but were still brilliant.

Luckily for us The Upbeat Beatles can perform them all.

The guys have an easy, happy rapport with any crowd – and they look pretty similar to the Fab Four too.

The show takes fans from the early Cavern days through Beatlemania, America, Sergeant Pepper to Abbey Road, with narrative and full multi-media presentation.

Tickets are £23 £22 discounted) and are available now in person or at the box office on Tuesdays 9.30am – 4pm, or on 01527 65203 or you buy online at www.redditchpalacetheatre.co.uk
