POLICE have released a picture of a man they want to speak to about a window being broken in Redditch.
It happened at 1,03am on November 8 in Hampton Close.
Officers believe the man in the picture may have vital information on the act of vandalism.
Anyone who knows who he is should call police on 101 and ask for PC Danny Fulford.
