A LARGE fire broke out at a building on an industrial estate at Padgets Lane this morning.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service were called at 4:57am to deal with the incident, where they received support from West Midlands Fire Service and Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service.
Ten fire engines were deployed to the scene where two aerial ladder platforms were used to limit the spread of the flames before putting pockets of fire out.
No injuries were sustained as a result of the fire.
The service said that good progress is being made and officers are investigating the cause of the fire.
They expect to be dealing with the incident for up to 12 more hours and are advising residents to avoid the area and to keep doors and windows closed if you are within the smoke plume.
