Have your say on patient care at Worcestershire hospitals

Redditch Editorial 1st Feb, 2023 Updated: 1st Feb, 2023   0

PATIENTS, their carers and their families and friends are being urged to have their say on what matters to them most at Worcestershire hospitals.

The answers given in the survey will help inform plans for further improving patient experiences and quality of care in the future at Redditch’s Alexandra Hospital, Kidderminster and the Worcestershire Royal.

Hospital leaders at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust are encouraging people to take part in the ‘Big Quality Conversation’.

The short anonymous online survey, available in 95 languages, asks questions about safety, effectiveness of treatment and the overall experience of hospital care.

Jackie Edwards, the trust’s interim chief nursing officer, said it was really important to continue improving the quality of care and knowing what was important to patients was crucial in doing that.

“By sharing your views, you can help to make a real difference for the better for our patients and support our staff in their efforts to put patients first and deliver the high standards of care to which they aspire.”

Visit surveyhero.com/c/bigqualityconversation23 before the March 5 deadline to take the survey.
