OVER 60s in Redditch will be able to enjoy food and company while getting creative later this month.
The creative connections sessions will be run by Reimagine Redditch and will allow older people to enjoy a free lunch from the town’s Courtyard Eatery.
The sessions are also designed to allow elderly people in Redditch to meet new people while taking part in creative activities.
The first event will take place on March 20 at Inspire community training at the Winyates craft centre with the second one happening two days later at the Ecumenical centre.
And a third event day will take place on March 27 at Batchley Community Centre.
Each creative connections day will have two sessions, with the first taking place between 10am and midday and the second happening from 1pm until 3pm.
No booking will be required to take part in the event.
Reimagine Redditch is a new creative people and places programme led by local people which aims to develop and deliver creative activities for those who do not regularly participate in culture.
