Redditch businesses take home the prizes at Worcestershire tourism awards

A TOTAL of three Redditch businesses have been recognition regionally in the Worcestershire tourism awards.

Visit Worcestershire received a record 111 entries from attractions to self-catering accommodation across 13 individual categories.

The best of Worcestershire’s produce and food scene was selected and developed into a bespoke menu for the evening.

Paul Robinson, chief executive of Worcestershire County Council said: “The Visit Worcestershire Tourism Awards act as the perfect opportunity to celebrate the county’s visitor economy.




“Worcestershire’s diverse offering lures visitors from across the country who are seeking short breaks, amazing experiences and great places to visit.

“The success of the event gives Worcestershire a platform at a national level with finalists set to be recognised at the VisitEngland Awards of Excellence. Congratulations to all winners and highly commended.”


Attwell Farm Park have been highly commended for the Ethical, Responsible & Sustainable Tourism Award and Large Visitor Attraction of the Year.

Forge Mill Needle Museum won the Resilience and Innovation Award.
