A FLOURISHING Bromsgrove tree surgery and landscaping firm is looking to hire two new workers after John Truslove facilitated a move into office space.
The Redditch property agents, based on Archer Road, helped Cornus move into a 2,752 sq ft unit on Buntsford Park Road in Bromsgrove.
Cornus was set up four years ago by tree surgeon Christopher Richards and his partner Emma Robertson from their Stoke Prior home.
Emma said: “At the moment Chris, I and our apprentice tree surgeon are working seven days a week to try and keep up with the demand.
“There were five of us, but two have had to take time off work for personal reasons, so we are currently looking for two qualified labourers.”
Emma added that the pair had been looking for new premises for a while, but properties were being snapped up ‘too quickly’.
“But Ben at John Truslove was a big help,” she said.
“He provided really good communication and always dealt with our queries and calls straight away.”
The joint managing director at John Truslove secured a five-year lease for the business at £18,000 per annum.
