THE historic Feckenham Wake returns this month and promises to be more entertaining than ever.
Thousands of people are expected to attend the event, which is held across The Square, recreation field and village hall and starts at 12.30pm on June 22.
Chair of Wake Committee Julian Bull, said: “We will also have bungee trampolining and strolling circus entertainers from Rogue Play Theatre.
Feckenham Wake is a not-for-profit village fete with a difference.
“All of the attractions are either free or at very modest prices as we think it’s important to give every family the chance to experience what a traditional village fete is like.”
As usual there will be plenty to eat and drink, including a pop-up prosecco bar and ale bar.
The annual Dog Show and circus skills workshop also return.
Parking in local fields is limited and costs £5 per car and includes a free entry to the raffle.
